I'm not a realtor and I don't even play one on TV (though I just might be a Kirsten Kemp or Ginger Alexander wanna be). I sure do have a lot of opinions about real estate though! Here are my latest thoughts on real estate -- esp. the bargains of Dakota county, Minnesota (Apple Valley, Eagan, Rosemount, Burnsville, Lakeville, and whatever else strikes me as a deal!)




IT LOOKS LIKE YOU'RE USING INTERNET EXPLORER ON A MACINTOSH! Microsoft discontinued "IE" and encourages you to switch to Safari or Firefox. Why? Because Internet Explorer doesn't do a good job of supporting modern web site design (like this one). If you come back using Safari or Firefox, this will look much better!

Nice guide for looking at homes

Whether you're looking to flip a house or live in it, it's good to know what you're getting into. I'd still recommend a professional inspection in most cases, but this will give you boatloads of information to allow you to do your own pre-inspection to scope out major (and minor) issues.
