I'm not a realtor and I don't even play one on TV (though I just might be a Kirsten Kemp or Ginger Alexander wanna be). I sure do have a lot of opinions about real estate though! Here are my latest thoughts on real estate -- esp. the bargains of Dakota county, Minnesota (Apple Valley, Eagan, Rosemount, Burnsville, Lakeville, and whatever else strikes me as a deal!)




IT LOOKS LIKE YOU'RE USING INTERNET EXPLORER ON A MACINTOSH! Microsoft discontinued "IE" and encourages you to switch to Safari or Firefox. Why? Because Internet Explorer doesn't do a good job of supporting modern web site design (like this one). If you come back using Safari or Firefox, this will look much better!

Home deal #27

Okay. . .I'm back . . . sort of . . . Actually with a new baby and a husband who's probably going to have back surgery, I'm probably not back. However, this one looks too good not to mention here. Looks nice. $35,000 under assessed. Lots of amenities (including pool, hottub, and indoor and outdoor BB courts) and some room for expansion. Greenleaf Elementary and Falcon Ridge Middle. Might be worth looking at, esp. if you have active kids!
